How to Use
Step 1: Download Your Instagram Data
Go to Instagram, click the menu (three lines), then "Your Activity". Next, click "Download your information" and press "Continue" to go to Accounts Center.
Step 2: Configure Your Data Download
Click "Download or transfer information", go to "Some of your information", and scroll to "Connections". Select "Followers" and "Following", then press "Next". Choose "Download to device" and set the date range to "All Time".
Step 3: Finalize Download
Enter your email for the delivery method and change the format to JSON. Press "Create Files" and wait for the files to be prepared. You’ll get an email notification, but you can also download directly from the Accounts Center.
Step 4: Upload Your Data
Once the ZIP file is ready, upload it here to finish the process.
